There are no returns and no refunds for coffee products, if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email us or give us a call and we will work something out with you.
Please note that special orders have no return policy.
A return may void a multiple purchase discount or promotional shipping discount, if it has been applied to the purchase order.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that your payment will be processed immediately upon order submission.
Orders can be cancelled at no cost if within 24 hours of the purchase providing the item has not yet shipped. Please call or e-mail us as soon as possible if you decide to cancel an order.
